The summer transfer window has come and gone for the Premier League with teams doing their best to boost their sides.
While there were a lot of movements in and out of teams in the English top-flight, Jack Grealish's move from Aston Villa to Chelsea was the most expensive one this summer.
We take a look at the most expensive Premier League Summer Transfers Of All Time as given by Transfermarkt.
- 10. Nicolas Pepe - Joined Arsenal for £72m (2019)
Arsenal bought Pepe from Lille where he had just scored 22 goals and provided 11 assists in his final league campaign in Ligue One. While he has struggled to replicate that form at the Emirates, he chipped in with 10 league goals in the 2020/21 season.
- 9. Kai Havertz - Joined Chelsea for £72m (2020)
Havertz joined Chelsea in 2020 and it did look like they made a mistake owing to his disappointing performances in his first season.
He gradually grew into his role, though, under the guidance of Thomas Tuchel, and he finished the season strongly netting the winning goal in the Champions League final against Man City.

- 8. Luis Suarez - Jo
6. Romelu Lukaku - Joined Man United for £76.23m (2017)
Lukaku hit the ground running in his first year at Old Trafford, scoring seven league goals in his first seven appearances and ended that campaign with 16 top-flight goals.
He managed 15 goals in all competitions in the coming season but he fell out of favour where he moved to Inter Milan in the summer of 2019.
- 5. Jadon Sancho - Joined Man United for £76.5m (2021)
The long awaited transfer finally happened this summer. The player was courted by united in 2020 but they failed to get him after refusing to pay the money demanded at Dortmund. The move seems to have been a masterstroke as he came this time at a reduced price.
- 4. Harry Maguire - Joined Man United for £78.3m (2019)
Having established himself as an England regular in recent years, United made their move for Maguire in 2019, signing the center-back for just shy of £80m. He was quickly named the club's captain and has been part of a revitalized United team that hopes to win the Premier League for the first time since Alex Ferguson left.
- 3. Paul Pogba - Joined Man United for £94.5m (2016)
The fourth consecutive player on this list for United. Having come through the ranks at Old Trafford as a youngster, Pogba left the club to sign for Juventus in 2012 on a free transfer but came back four years later in what was a transfer record for a British club.

- 2. Romelu Lukaku - Joined Chelsea for £97.5m (2021)
Back in 2011, Lukaku joined Chelsea for the first time as an 18-year-old. After joining Everton, United, and Inter Milan, the player is finally back at Stamford Bridge where he netted on his debut against Arsenal.
- 1. Jack Grealish - Joined Man City for £105.75m (2021)
Having played for his boyhood club, Aston Villa, at senior level for much of the past decade, Grealish finally moved.
His dream of playing in the Champions Lague was granted when Man City paid a release clause of £100m and going by his earlier displays for the Pep Guardiola side, he might be the addition that the club needed to defend their title.
